We humans have become so technology-dependent that we cannot even wake up by ourselves anymore. Almost everyone around the world depends on an alarm clock to wake up early in the morning. We sometimes need an alarm clock to remind us to take our medicines or that our favorite show is running on TV. In this article, we'll teach you everything about Fitbits alarm.

In the modern era of smart devices, smartphones have robbed the jobs of alarm clocks. But there was still something missing in the alarm mechanism throughout the years. Unlike everything we invented that evolved over time, the alarm mechanism did not have any significant improvement; just room for more alarms, loud noises - nothing notable.

Wrist watches have brought a significant improvement in this sector. As we tend to wear our watches all day on our wrist, it becomes very easy to catch on with our alarms. Fitbit, one of the leading smartwatches in the market, has also its fair share of alarm features. Today, we'll cover everything about that.

All About Fitbits

Speaking of watches, Fitbits are not just a fashionable item anymore. They do more than just showing us what time it is. They are now an extended part of our smart devices and keep track of our activities throughout the day. They have become smarter and more functional than ever. And in terms of function, the Fitbits smart bands are at the top. They give you accurate health tracking throughout the day and week. But this is an alarm setup tutorial. So we will only talk about the alarm function of the Fitbits smart band.

The Fitbits smart band has brought a more personal touch to the alarm function. Whenever an alarm goes off, the band starts to vibrate excessively, that you cannot help but respond to it. It is a silent alarm mechanism. So, you don't have to worry about waking or disturbing others around you with a loud alarm. This has saved a lot of business-persons from awkward situations like a medicine reminder alarm going off in your watch when you are in a meeting. It's quite a handy function for a watch we love to wear all day, including in our sleep.

Besides the silent alarm, the Fitbit bands give you more smart functionality in their alarm mechanism. When it's morning, and the alarm goes off in the watch, it will use its sleep tracking function to detect whether you have woken up or not. If yes, it will turn off. But if you don't get up from your bed, the band will simply go into a snooze. After 9-10 minutes, the alarm will go off again. Just like your smartphones, you can set multiple alarms on your Fitbits for the same day or different.

Regardless of how much we love our Fitbits and cannot leave the house without them, some of us could not figure out how to set up the alarms on it. This tutorial is dedicated to those Fitbit lovers.

There are many ways of setting up alarms on your Fitbits. You can use your smartphone paired with the device, use the Fitbit dashboard, or set alarms from the watch itself. Let's begin one by one.
